It's notable that Axios has titled its piece without adjectival drama. The report [1] from the House Oversight subcommittee carries the title, "Baby Foods Are Tainted with Dangerous Levels of Arsenic, Lead, Cadmium, and Mercury" (my emphasis on "Dangerous").
